E- Excellent: Some general, small scratching and scuffing to surface. No heavy scratches, digs, or gouges. Use noise getting a little more noticeable. Much gloss remains Label starting to show a little more wear. More small scratches and scuffs. A few more major scratches. Use noise becoming more prevalent, although it shouldn't overcome music.
V+. Average: Should be considered just above average. Might have some of the original gloss remaining. More graying. Label shows a lot of wear, writing, scratches, etc. A common grade of popular music previously enjoyed 78s. Make sure you follow the Grade conditions.
V. Good:
Well used. Might skip and have greatly reduced sound output. Surface noise might surpass recorded sounds Equalizer a must for any listening enjoyment. Label has been through a war. Might be legible on both side Original gloss all gone. Lots of scratches, scuffs, digs, and other assorted damage. Not much groove left. Might not play through.
