Previous Page: For example: Here we can see how effective Faraday's law is: as the wavelength is inversely proportional to frequency. Therefore, the amplitude output creates a non-linear bearing against the frequency allowing for the size of the undulations to equal all frequencies, which in turn enable the stylus velocity in the record groove to remain constant. Here I am just trying to give you a basic illustration of Faraday's law to stimulate your minds on how this law can be applied to sound recordings. This feature is about the "history of vinyl records"; I am showing that Faraday's law was instrumental in the development of sound recordings.

Michael Faraday was born in Newington, Surrey, UK. Many changes have been made since the time Faraday was born in Newington, now known by the name of The Elephant and Castle a very famous shopping centre situated in South East London UK. A place that was formerly known as Newington is now part of the city of London. Faraday discovered that electricity could be made by moving a magnet inside a wire coil; he also built the first ever electric motor. He went on to develop the generator and the transformer along with his discovery of electro-magnetic force that  laid the foundations of all subsequent electro-technology.
