It Only Takes 5 Minutes!

Vinyl Records Collector Dog Picture

Using the Rotary Motion

The drying procedure is done by picking up the record with the second tea towel so that the towel is wrapped around both sides of the record so you are now holding the record with both hands (by placing them over the kitchen towel on the edge of the record) Now, we are ready to dry the record grooves using a backwards and forwards rotary motion!

Better Sound Reproduction

This procedure takes around five to ten minutes, which isn’t much if you value your vinyl records, but remember, due care and attention to what you are doing is the order of the day, so to speak. The above procedure may appear to be somewhat long-winded and unusual, but as a record collector, I am sure as hell going to get a better sound reproduction from my vinyl records every time and that is good enough for me!

A word of note: There is no way Bleach can damage the vinyl record surface
