Negatives of Master Disc

Emil Berliner was the first inventor to introduce the flat disc similar to the vinyl records we are acquainted with today. Berliner also put into practice the use of electroforming to make negatives of the master disc, which could be served as moulds to make further master copies - the principle is still being applied today!

It is on record that the German inventor: Emil Berliner pictured on the right, was accredited with the invention of the gramophone player! Clearly he was an inventor and scientist that admonished great insight and creative ingenuity for others such like minds to follow through to today's technology of the 21st century! ........
